Powered by Youth, Backed by Government
The programme is co-led by Youth Ambassadors, alumni of the Digital Futures 50-Hour Work Experience, sponsored by the Department for Science, Innovation & Technology. These young leaders co-design content to ensure relevance, inclusivity, and lived experience at the core.
Direct Talent Access
Partners also gain access to the Fast Track Futures Notice Board: a curated platform to post paid micro-jobs, internships, and placements in a safeguarded, moderated space. It’s a direct channel to the talent you’re supporting, and a smart way to build your future workforce.
Partnership Levels:
Foundation (£500):
Includes a feature in the Fast Track Futures newsletter, participation in a youth-led Q&A, and access to the Notice Board to promote internships, micro-jobs, or work experience opportunities. Your organisation will be part of a CPD-accredited programme, and 20% of your contribution will be reinvested into the Forty Under Forty Awards platform.
Growth (£750):
Includes everything in the Foundation level, plus an invitation to the “Meet the Employers” Virtual Campus session and access to CPD tracking for your engagement.
Impact (£1,000):
Includes everything in the Growth level, plus a youth-produced employer spotlight video for Fast Track Futures TV, quarterly CPD impact reporting, and broadcast visibility to schools, colleges, and universities.
