Turning Psychology Degrees into Career Pathways: Introducing the Digital Futures Psychology Accelerator
Psychology graduates are incredibly talented - but too often they struggle to see how their skills translate into today’s workplace. That’s exactly why we created the We Job Box Digital Futures Psychology Accelerator.
Launching this week, 50 undergraduate students will take part in:
✅ A hands-on employer workshop
✅ Meet-the-employer speed networking
✅ Digital literacy and AI skills training
We’re proud to be collaborating with an outstanding group of employers and mentors, including:
Irwin Mitchell, IBM, Launch Lane Digital, Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, Asana, Bamboo Bicycle Club, Temporary Works Forum (TWf) and more
This programme is specifically designed with Aston University around psychology students and their career pathways.
Our joint Digital Futures Work Experience Pilots recently concluded with strong attendance and exceptional feedback. The findings will now be submitted to Department for Science, Innovation and Technology as part of our government funding requirements - and the emerging data is genuinely exciting.
A huge thank you to every employer, mentor, WJB Fellow, UCB Ambassador, and floorwalker who contributed their time, energy, and expertise to make this possible.
