Women of Inspiration Lead Day 2 of the Immersive Accelerator: Creative Industries in Bristol

Excited to welcome our students - from four schools - back for Day 2 of the We Job Box Immersive Accelerator! Our third Government funded pilot in Bristol.


Today our 14–15 year olds are exploring the Creative Industries, and we’re proud to be joined by inspiring women leaders shaping the future of media, technology and storytelling.


Students will hear from Leanne Alie (podcasting and digital media), Sarah Asante (former BBC Comedy Commissioner and founder of AsanteSpace), Suzanne Yeow Rosl (Marketing Director at Barclays UK and fintech leader), Suzanne Lord CGA (Head of Media Operations at the BBC), and Najiba Kasraee, an award-winning journalist with decades of experience, who will help students understand media literacy and how to spot fake news. And we’re also serving up some essential financial literacy with Evie Beaumont BSc Hons, DipPFS and Rachel Jones - giving our students the tools they’ll need to understand money, payslips and their first paycheque.


These brilliant women are sharing their journeys, expertise and advice, showing our students the many powerful paths women are leading across the creative and digital industries.


And as we celebrate International Women's Day 2026 this month, these incredible leaders are truly my women of inspiration. ✨
