Mentoring as an Avatar: Kiran Nandra on Reaching Young Media Hopefuls with We Job Box

Earlier this week I was invited by Lalita Pinky Taylor FRSA to the House of Lords for a really inspiring morning of panels made up of women in leadership.

Lalita's We Job Box project has launched me into a virtual world as an online avatar, mentoring young hopefuls aspiring to pursue media careers.

It's a platform that's taught me to communicate with young people in a new language and style that is understood by future generations, and I wish Lalita all the best with her global ventures for this forward-thinking initiative.

Grateful for the opportunity to be in the company of such an empowering group of global thinkers.
