From Inaugural Cohort to the House of Lords: Rahul Bharadwa's Journey with We Job Box
Since joining the WeJobBox programme in January, I have gained invaluable access to opportunities that have significantly supported my professional development as a recent graduate.
As part of the inaugural cohort, it has been incredibly rewarding to see how much progress can be made in just a few months. Most notably, I recently had the privilege of attending an event at the House of Lords—an experience I would not have imagined possible at the start of this journey.
I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Lalita Pinky Taylor FRSA for the invitation to attend such an inspiring event. The focus on celebrating the achievements of women across a range of industries was both empowering and insightful. Hearing first-hand perspectives on navigating today’s job market provided valuable guidance and inspiration.
The event also offered an excellent opportunity to connect with employers and continue building meaningful professional relationships as I progress in my career.
