This Is Only the Start: Reflecting on the We Job Box House of Lords Launch and What Comes Next

Still reflecting on our We Job Box launch at the UK House of Lords

The response has been overwhelming.

What stood out most wasn’t just the setting - it was the energy in the room. When you bring people together with a shared purpose, something powerful happens. Ideas spark. Perspectives shift. Momentum builds.

(Though the breakfast rolls in that setting didn’t hurt either.)

I’m incredibly grateful.

This is only the start.

Next up: forming our first We Job Box AI advisory group as we begin building an AI app designed to democratise opportunity in the digital economy

Because we cannot stand by while the skills gap widens and more people feel left behind.

There is hope. And many of us want to be involved in bringing good.

And yesterday proved it.
